He's probably talking about some pretty crazy conspiracy from reddit.com/r/pizzagate -- fwiw, I looked and didn't really see anything that directly implicates Biden. That said, there's very little evidence of anything, it's more of a fear driven feeling/paranoia telling a story of a immoral satanic group. They take facts like, Clinton deals/bargains with pedophiles, domestically and abroad. Ergo everyone around her is morally broken and possibly a pedophile too. Then they go on to imagine a world in which this is true, and link anything that would support that claim even in an obtuse way to keep the conspiracy wheel spinning.

I might be missing something but the only kid picture that looked off to me was the kid taped to the table, but I didn't even think that was too odd. The kid seemed to look happy, there were obviously people there, and if you were setting up a pedo party, I imagine the other attendants would hate to see a camera pop out and even if one did, I doubt anybody would post to ig. Also, it kinda reminds me of things we would do to the my younger cousins just fooling around. But besides that one picture, what else is strange?

For sure. I've heard of cp=cheese pizza. But, pizza, pasta, hot dog, sauce, walnut... Why would pizza have 2 interpretions? If I was making up code languages, I'd like to think I could do so without a confusing double down. And the only source I've seen for these other "established" codes is one 4chan comment. I get that pedos are unlikely to have a code sheet published somewhere, but I have trouble taking that as gospel.

Totally, skepticism is our best friend in this situation. As all of the claimed evidence gets parsed through, I hope the unnecessary stuff falls by the wayside and the actionable, provable sources rise to the top. We'll see.
edit if you search the Podesta wikileaks for "domino" you'll find an email with the phrase "Do you think I'd have better luck playing dominoes on pizza or hotdogs?" which I think is clear indication of codewords, though they could also mean drugs or any number of other things. But it's so nonsensical that I do believe it's code.

On your edit, the way I took that line is like "do you think pasta or cheese will be better brain fuel for my domino sessions with the family?" Of course, it is slightly strange phrasing, but not an unusual joke imo.
And obviously if it is code, it would be something that would be easy to reinterpret, as that is the point, but I don't buy the code wholesale, and that's the only part that makes the rest worth looking at.
Also, you bring up another good thought. If there is anything to any of this, I would put my money on drugs.

It revolves around a pizza place. So the owner sends an email like "the box of cheese you sent me was great, cant wait to share it with the kids" and then they say that cheese is code for little girl and he just got a crate of kids. Auditory Pareidolia. The audio from that clip is so muffled there is absolutely no way you can makeout that entire conversation.
In circumstances like this, it's pretty common for the listener to hear what they want to hear and can even be convinced of hearing a message that is not there. Audio Pareidolia dates back to the 50's and 60's using suspected backmasking and is often tied to absurd conspiracies that sometimes involve Satanism, sex and even death. (see The Beatles "Paul is Dead" conspiracy theory.)
I suspect the same could be said for this video as the captions appear to be a complete stab in the dark. This is based on the bias nature of the uploader and the quality of the audio.
