(The "problem" is that you assumed there would always be more quests from Proctor Teagan...perhaps waiting a while and trying again later will work?)

Maybe there aren't anymore settlements left. Because once you do the quest, it says something like "This settlement is owned by BoS now" so you can't do the same quest on that settlement again.

If I fast travel to the location from the blimp deck the scribe falls from the sky & dies. Was funny the first few times.

I did wonder when or if extorting these farms would eventually run out or not. I guess it's possible then.

Lol, I have only one settlement occupied by BOS. Cuz others under Minuteman control. And he still gives me his radiant quest. Always in the one same settlement, that BOS owns. Lol. I go there on and on, ravaging and pillaging poor villagers.

What I find laughable, is that you "own" these settlements. and you have to ask the settlers themelves. So I always would demand they followed my orders, the logical thing to do and they get pissy over it. Well if they didnt like it and rebeled, Well theres no short supply of settlers to take their place. I alraedy put an end to a coup detat in Covernant twice.

Once i found out that BoS owned my settlement i stopped doing them. I built them all up and they dont get it for 1000 caps. What really amkes me mad is settlers decamping with arms and armor and uniforms i put on them. I dressed a settlement in vault 95 coveralls and mining helmets with lasers and they are all gone!!!! No battles just gone???
