Risks and challenges
Thank you backers for your pledges!
This section list all the possible factors that could potentially hinder this whole project progress. As much as we try our best to minimize all risk and challenges, there will always be areas of unpredictable situations.
But do not worry, getting the planner in your hands by the stated timeline is my utmost priority. We will put in our very best and work day and night to keep the operations moving as smooth as we can and sending the rewards to you as soon as possible!
For now, we do foresee the following challenges:
1. Production & Logistic Delays
Due to the peak season, there could be potential challenges such as production & logistic delays due to bad weather and/or high traffic. It could take a little longer to get hold of our goods locally for us to do the packing.
2. International Shipping Delays
December is a peak time for postage around the world. We tried to look for courier companies that can provide their assurance for the guaranteed delivery timeline but it’s either too expensive or impossible to provide any guarantee at this period.
We will be engaging a postage company in Singapore that provides the most economical and fastest shipping duration timeline. All parcels will come with a tracking number for you to know where and when will it be reaching you. Likewise, we must always be prepared for unforeseen setbacks. Thus, I would like to seek understanding from all backers that shipping times may be slower than anticipated.
Please note that all customers also need to assume the liability for any customs and import charges due upon delivery.
We seek your understanding for the above challenges and for any delayed promises. As such, we will send the PDF digital download to ALL BACKERS at the end of the campaign. While you can have access and start to plan 1st week using the digital copy before the year start, we will be here doing our very best for you!

The planners will be sent to the shipping company early/mid December. We have checked with them that it will be delivered before December ends. However, as December is a peak period for delivery (please read risk and challenges section), please note that shipping may be slower than expected. We will keep all backers updated.

We will send out a survey via Kickstarter after the campaign is successfully funded & ended to collect information.
