If they follow an np link from their sub to here and post on the thread, they are breaking site rules and their mods are supposed to discourage it. Same goes with harassing PMs.

If you catch one doing it, message the admins. The admins might not like us, but they still need to enforce the rules if enough people complain.

(and lets be honest, SRS and TBP are troll subs just as bad as fph was that probably shouldn't be allowed).
