I really believe there is a lack of men in HR, recruitment and Talent Sourcing roles.
Women love to serve as gatekeepers, I really think they love the attention and pseudo respect that comes with such a position.
I think this is a huge problem for men but sadly also for MGTOW unless you own your business or already at the highest levels.
Even though you are at the highest levels, sadly these women in HR are the ones that manage intra-company relationships... and they can help escalate or de-escalate harassment claims.
What do you guys think?
I have friends who engineers and all of them are hired.
Some of them forwarded me conversations they had with people from HR of large companies and I was just like wow... they really helped them coached them for the hiring managers...
Maybe I'm just not as good as my female peers... but I had higher gpa, more experience than most of them... maybe I sound too well seasoned>?
How do you men deal with female HR?
I find it difficult, really difficult.
