This book is the first volume of the SGA 4 seminar of Grothendieck on the foundations of etale cohomology (the first volume is concerned with generalities on sites and topoi).

As is commonly known among the potential readers of the SGA volumes, all the SGA volumes available online for free (and legally, because the copyright has expired long time ago) on the MSRI library website (or elsewhere, as a quick internet search will reveal). Downloading and printing out these electronic copies is a much more reasonable alternative to paying the exorbitant prices fancied by the used book resellers/profiteers here on Amazon (or elsewhere).
