Choose one. You know what Yes and No do, but you don't know how your person is going to be sarcastic. And you don't know what type of question "Institute?" is. Is it a who, what, when, where, why, or how?

I wouldn't like it as much if the text showed exactly what my character would say every time. It would get tedious very fast and kill the idea of having a voiced protagonist if he's just literally repeating everything I just read in my head.
say someone wants you to do a quest for them. then usually you get yes and no, or you get one where you make the conversation longer by asking for more info about what the npc want from you. there is also a sarcastic option a lot of time, but i never used it since i am not playing that way. very mass effecty.
I think it works tho, the actual voice so far i think is great, and there is plenty of chatter with people. But i am only 10 hours in so far.
It seems like it. The Sarcastic option isn't just a one time thing either. I've seen it appear in at least two conversations.
Early game spoiler (right after you enter the wasteland):
Codsworth asks if you want him to follow you / be your companion. If you say "No" the female (idk about the male) protagonist says "It's all gone. There's nothing left." I'm not even exaggerating.

WTF? That's worse than Bioware's games :/
And as light of a spoiler that is, I shouldn't have to readd the spoiler tag. Thanks gamefaqs!
Solid's snake still shoots liquid, it's just that it's null.
