There are a few Reddit power users who consistently repost so I RES tag them and downvote every post. I can tell you for certain that I've downvoted someone more than 150 times. All fair downvotes for reposts too.

Edit: Downvote me all you want, but when someone takes a post from a less popular sub that would undoubtedly hit the front page anyway, I think it's unfair. I don't downvote everything, only the karma whoring reposts.
