It's often said that men have a "type" when it comes to what women they're attracted to, in contrast I think women only have one "type", and that type is Chad, and the majority of women judge a man's attractiveness based on how close he is to the stereotypical Chad.

Whereas most men tolerate personality quirks in women if not find them charming, most women absolute despise personality quirks in men.

For instance, if a man has an unusual hobby like stamp collecting, train spotting or metal detecting he has pretty much destroyed his chances with 95% of women. It doesn't matter how much of a Chad he is in other ways, women instantly dismiss men with niche hobbies like that because they imply obsessiveness and quirkiness, and Chad is neither obsessive or quirky.

Women expect men to be absolutely "normal" and despise and in some cases mock men with personality quirks or unusual hobbies. To them any personality traits or interests which differ significantly from the Chad stereotype is regarded as weakness to most women.

Obviously, MGTOW encourages men not to give a crap what women think and to live for themselves and their own self-improvement, but it seems that if a man wants to be successful with women he is under huge pressure to be as conformist as he possibly can.
