I don't see the point of no fap. You can do it if you want. But if something feels good, costs nothing, and has no scientifically confirmed negative effects (just old wives tales), I say "gimme more of that". I think no fap is an attempt to brainwash men and control their sexuality. Maybe these people could supply worthwhile females instead of trying to mind-fuck and mentally sodomize young men, there'd be less need to jack off to porn.
