The 1st reason why westerners can't make Anime to this day is because they can't comprehend our Manga style which is why they keep saying many stupid things about our Anime such as "Anime characters who have yellow hair and blue eyes are based on westerners", "Anime characters have big eyes because they are based on westerners" or any other stupid things like that. As for the 2nd reason, when westerners attempt to imitate our Manga style they unconsciously just end up using their own comic style. All the pictures you see below are westerners attempts at imitating our Manga style from our already existing Anime named Sailor Moon :

The pictures you see is just a few of the many examples of westerners attempts at imitating our Manga style, but as you can see even when using existing images as the base they are still fail and just end up using their own comic style instead. From the many results you see, you will tend to see the westerners who attempts to make a replica from our already existing Anime images are end up making the characters replica to look like their own cartoon/western characters while us Asians tend to end up making the characters replica look to like our original Anime/Asian characters.

1. When peoples are drawing something then they will unconsciously draw something based on what they mostly see every day. We Asians make our Anime/Asian characters based on our Asians big narrow set eyes, small nose, round face, sharp jaw and smallish body form while westerners make their cartoon/western characters based on their small deep set eyes, big long nose, square face, square jaw and big wide body form.
3. The westerners who keep claiming our Anime/Asian characters of copying their cartoon/western characters to be just a bunch of retarded losers, retarded not only because our Anime/Asian characters totally look different from their cartoon/western characters but also because those westerners themselves can't even make 1 Anime to this day, losers because those westerners realize that our Manga style are superior compared to their comic style so they try to associate their inferior comic style to our superior Manga style.

The girls you see at the picture on the top are some of the girls who make it to the list of the available girls for DOAX 3 while the picture at the bottom are some of the girls who don't make it to the list. Unlike the regular series which are fighting based, DOAX including DOAX 3 version are different because they are intended for hardcore fans where in the DOAX version the fans are more into playing with their favorite girls from the series. As for DOAX 3 the girls that are available to play with are based on an official vote in Japan made before the relase of DOAX 3, the vote are also not a regular vote but a pay based vote so the credibility of the vote can be said more higher than the regular vote. The vote purpose are to choose between 15 girls from all the series where the girls who make it as the top 9 will be featured in DOAX 3, here are the vote results :
