I believe the political imbalance in this country is being exacerbated by the left's unwillingness to accept reality and the right's willingness to arm itself. For decades, liberals have been fighting a losing battle to enact gun control. We are now in a position where our opponents threatened to use violence to achieve their goals if Trump lost. Do you expect that to be the last time you are threatened for political reasons?

All gun control legislation is dead on arrival with our new government.

At what point in history has humanity not taken a defensive position in the face of a direct threat? We can keep burying our heads in the sand and hope that proto-fascists in this country feel like being nice, or we can prepare to defend ourselves.

Stop being naive. Prepare, train and become proficient with firearms. It might save your life someday and it just might save our country.
