They are spreading a bubble building technique on twitter, you can search it. Probably along the lines of trying to stop obsessing this issue for some days to recover mental health first. Good things you have loved ones, you should use this as a chance to enjoy life with family. As for safety, avoid walking or using public transit alone etc, actually pretty standard criminal avoidance measure that schools like to give out to students in unsafe areas. And remeber only a quarter of eligible voters voted for Trump so it is not over yet for america.

If you know a CBT specialist or clinical psychologist that is on twitter, then there's no need to go through possible 'man-in-the-middle' peeps/groups who might just troll and troll; until it feels like sucking a thick milkshake through a tiny straw to get the help or reassurance needed.

The great thing, but also bit of an issue w/ twitter (at least, imo) is that, as a social media platform, it isn't using the algorithm or webdesign found in facebook or youtube, so, that is to say, those other sms's encircle people/groups and brands/services at you. It's all info and data that can wash over people on twitter, esp. if you go by their trends or search key terms..

(... And, the backdoor data mining those companies implement to trace all user's behavior is bad for our individuality in general, but I digress ... )

p.s. I'll also add, just find an activity and ritual you find calming/relaxing. And, exercise and be proactive since a cardio system has been linked to less depression in some (results may very, tho)

Nah, dont pay those professionals, they are out for money, like Trump. With the free middleman, there is no obligation, no payment, they wont got hypnotized and took advantage of. Many patients build up dependecy by being brainwashed by their hired couselors. These sociopath will lie on reddit to make their professionals look good. But I can make them break down and cry. Hard truth broke even the most confidant person and they will get back at you ten folds and sue you. It is not worth the risk to seek these "professionals" who are in league with drug firms that are proven to be ineffective to treat the systematic problem of our societ plague by technology that served as triggers.

So, bc of thinking like that, twitter is one of the reasons why wikileaks was so effective in the campaign, bc once people get that @ handle, sub to their TL, @ and like the hivemind; they are in this wormhole and system of information acquisition that they feel ascribed to this feeling of 'man, people who deny these things are fucking Hil shills!', then they make memes about how they hate the "establishment". And shit like that grows and keeps adding data into the server, it keeps adding, persona's are building up. Add add add. And no one thinks there's an energy tax on people for creating those social, political walls, but the law of thermodynamics prove otherwise. Meanwhile, the 1-in-5 person RT'd on, say, an @ anon network who actually has good, non-confirmation biased resources gets like 5 RT's and 4 likes.

And, wikileaks and Assange marketed themselves well as the moral and ethical choice, but we see how people can be creatures of brand affiliation, susceptible to cultists, and that paranoid-shizo's are out there to throw cherry bombs into real-reality, too, like 'the gov't IS out to get my guns' or those that join BLM w/ grandiose visions of being the next Malcolm X. In reality, these peeps are just fuck ups and are too proud or too sensitive to admit the facts and seek good, non-confirmation bias science to help them out.

As you can tell, I don't agree with your broad strokes sentiment or hatred toward (perceived) establishment scientists, those who are doing confirmation bias to get more money are con-men, sure. So, the burden lay on you. You need to prove that you are not being a naive realist. Bc I will always say that having a land built by people who don't do confirmation biases is what will keep our sanity and civility. And Pfizer getting in bet w/ Uni's to use student work to make them richer; these are the things that need to be attacked, not just any ole CBT therapist 'for reasons'.
