This story may not be the typical MGTOW story about how women are evil and fuck shit up, but it's still relevant to MGTOW. I'm typing from my phone, so I can't really break this down into different paragraphs. So here it goes. A few months ago, I moved out of my dad's house to live with my mother who was poor by economic standards. My mother could only afford to pay her rent and her meals but couldn't afford to buy furnitures. So we had to sleep and eat our meals on the floor. Now my father on the other hand had a beautiful home in a nice neighbourhood. He was basically living the American dream with his new family. However, the reason why I left was because of his fucking NAGGING and his critiques. Everytime you make some small mistakes, he will fucking nag at you and make you feel worthless. He's been doing that for years since I was a little kid and is the reason why I have low self-esteem(trying to recover from that). I couldn't take it anymore and left to go live with my mother. Even though my mother have some qualities of AWALT (hate to use that term), she is actually a cool and laid-back person. She works a lot which gives me time to be alone and it's fucking amazing. I would rather live poor and alone and be at peace than be rich and miserable by having to live with someone who makes you feel like shit. I am now going to move out soon again to go my own way. This is relevant to MGTOW because it has taught me to be emotionally detached from other people and to not expect anything from them, which I think is where the root of our problems lie. You're at peace when you give zero fucks. You just let things happen the way it is. MGTOW philosophy not only applies to women but to people on general. You can still have friends and your family, but you cut them out of your life if they are an encumberance to your life and give zeros fucka about them. That's just my two cents.
