Anyone else actually panicking right now? (self.EnoughTrumpSpam)

I've been reading a lot of what David Frum and others have written, and also following along with what Shaun King has been reporting (fully aware that half is fake/protest art; but the videos from this morning are fucking terrifying). I am close the edge of a full blown panic attack. I'm the one of the most unflappable people I know.

Anyone else in my boat?

Shaun king's twitter feed is pretty terrifying. Let's hope it's only from a small fringe of trump supporters after a highly charged election season, and that things would calm down over time.

I'm worried that it will feed on itself, accelerated by a video of something like a couple misguided protestors beating people while waving a Mexican flag. Attack then counter and soon we have an actual clusterfuck.

Trump's team of course will be happy to fan the flames and leverage the subsequent unrest to expand powers.

Why? A lot of it is unverifiable hearsay, but there are a number of videos and also reports confirmed by local officials.

I'm with you. We have to fight back. We can't let the cable news normalize this fucking dictator. I plan on doing a live stream show every day to highlight how fucked this is. I know it's stupid, I can't protest I have two kids and a complicated work schedule (god bless all of you out there taking to the streets. Don't hurt anybody though and don't burn the flag, please). But hopefully it keeps the fact that Trump is a piece of shit in my network.

Already I'm seeing people call for normalcy. THIS ISNT FUCKING NORMAL.
