I'm just wondering if it is possible for Stop & Frisk to be reinstated under Trump? I believe it had been struck down as unconstitutional, but I've also heard him praise the practice, and with him likely appointing the next Supreme Court Justice, is it possible that ruling could be overturned?
I don't want to start a bash Trump thread (I actually tried to post in politics, but apparently no text post allowed). I'm not happy with the results myself, but that's our system so here we are. I don't subscribe to the "He'll bring about absolute chaos" theory (not yet at least, but I understand the potential may be there).
The biggest issues that will impact me personally comming from this (I hope) are Climate change, stop and frisk, and gay rights. I know where he stands on Climate Change (or at least what he's publicly posted about the matter), and I know his VPs hard-line anti gay position, but with Stop & Frisk I'm not at all sure what the possibilities are.
Any insight would be appreciated, and again, I'm just looking for facts about his ability to overturn whatever rulings were held against Stop & Frisk.
