As it now stands, non swing states voters matter less than swing state voters. This led into voters being discouraged from voting in the general election, and five presidents being elected into office against the will of the people.
We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:
Abolish the electoral college and have the president decided by popular vote.
