Alright, I'm a 19 year old guy. I've been blue pilled all my life.

As of now, I'm a confidenceless weakling. I'm literally wasting my life. I've been slave zoned many times. In short, I'm a horrible mess.

How do I change it? I want to be a confident, courageous guy who doesn't gaf about what others think and goes on with his journey. I want to stop thinking about women and sex and focus in my own life.

Please give me suggestions.

Once you make the decision to give up women, be it for a short time or permanently. You can start making decisions for yourself, and that will give you the confidence you are looking for.
