You're 100% right. I'm one of you. But now is not the time to rub it in the faces of your friends, families, and coworkers who supported Clinton.
People are emotional and upset about the election -- as they should be. Needling them about their past mistakes (about which nothing can be done) will not help. All it will do is piss them off more and further divide the coalition that we'll need in the future. You thought Clinton folks sounded smug when they told you Sanders couldn't win? Think about how smug you'll sound rubbing their mistake in their faces the day after they lost to Trump.
Give people some time to decompress. They're already seeing the "Shoulda Been Sanders" message through any number of media outlets; you don't need to throw gasoline on the fire. Let them cool off, think on themselves a bit, and save your argument for midterm elections where it looks like we could make the same mistake. They'll be in a better position to listen, and you'll probably be in a better position to talk, too. And that's what we all want, right?
