Jesus fucking christ, shut the fuck up. This won't even effect you.

We need to learn from this, organize, figure out why Trump managed to swing those rust belt states instead of navel-gazing and acting defeated. Hate motivated some Trump voters but you can't explain it all away solely on that, especially when four years ago we elected Obama, a black man, in many counties that Trump managed to swing.

The people who got their revenge were those left behind, whose towns have decayed, whoe unions have been destroyed, whose jobs have been made irrelevant or shipped overseas. While now we have to confront the reality of a Trump presidency, maybe we should also wonder why such pain and resentment and anger existed in the first place, and the answer is wider then racial animus or the power of hate. More of the same will not beat Trump. We need to figure out what will, and actually speak to these concerns rather than dismiss them all as fear and hatred.

It will effect me. If you think it doesn't, your naive about America's role in the world. And you're naive to think that the democrats can simply refine their politics to capture a demographic that wants to deport Mexicans, ban Muslims and throw Hillary Clinton in prison. You can't stand for multiculturalism and capture the voters Trump has captured. Europe is learning that; time you did as well.
