Nevada law says that polling places should be remained open for voters waiting in line by the official closing time.
The Trump campaign's lawsuit is requesting that the early vote ballots cast at the locations in question be kept separate from other ballots while the issue is litigated, according to the CNN report.
Pete Williams reported on MSNBC that the complaint points to four seperate polling places in Las Vegas, including the Hispanic grocery store Cardenas.
"They say in a couple of these polling places, the poll workers made the decision earlier in the day that they would stay open until 10 o'clock. Not just when they saw that there was a long line," Williams said. He added that there was a second claim, "that people who showed up, got into the end of the line, after the polls closed and were still allowed to vote."
He said there were 100 pages of legal filings that included affidavits from people at the polling places who say they witnessed "irregularities."
