Let me preface by saying I've always been somewhere to the left.

That said, I wish we could have an actual republican party again, instead of the tea party garbage mess it is now. I want to have legitimate opposition.

Basically, I want someone like pre-'08 McCain, rather than Palin, or least of all Donald Trump.

I want opposition. But i want sane opposition. The kind of person where i'd be willing to shake their hand.
