Yeah, no problem. I have the cardio down and I do lift twice a week. I'll try to get body wright workouts in during the weekends too. But I'll have to make do with a medium protein diet until I move out next year. I'm mainly getting it from shakes and protein bars.

Yeah, as I've started to bulk I've been limiting myself to one unhealthy item per day. Whether it be a small bag of cheetos, a large cookie, or a candy car, it needs to be less than 300 calories. I make sure that the vast majority of my calories are from protein, veggies, and healthy fats.

It helps that my protein bar is cookies n' cream flavored, and thus takes my mind off dessert.
