[Rant] On the "wage gap" (self.MGTOW)

Okay, everybody's heard about the supposed wage gap in this country. I think it's all bullshit.

1) Women do not make less than men. If companies could get away with hiring women for less, they would hire only women.

2) Women seek out part time jobs and are paid less per year because they work less hours. They do not make less money per hour.

3) Even though we don't make more money, men deserve to make more money because:

A) Men work harder. How come every time I'm busting my ass at work, I can always find women chit chatting instead of working?

B) We need more money because we end up buying shit for women anyway (dates, expensive clothes, etc).

C) We need to prepare for divorce rape and we probably pay all the bills too.

This wage gap bullshit really brings my blood to a boil. It's not about equality. You already have equality. You don't want equality. You just want more and more, you want us to pay for your shit while you make all the money for doing NOTHING. I guarantee your skills are not equal to mine and you probably got hired because of diversity requirements or for having nice tits (yes, studies show that cleavage helps get a job).

It's just proof that we live in a woman's world, and if they shout something long enough, people start to believe it without any fact checking whatsoever. Shaking my damn head.

Well said. My opinions follow:

They want the CNA to earn the same as the medical doctor.

They want the part time waitress to earn the same as the 60 hour a week engineer.

They want the stay a home mom to be paid the same as a CEO.

In other words everyone makes the same wage...equality. socalism. It's not fair.

Each year at my job they put a Christmas tree in the lobby. So the place is "jolly" and everyone is too. Every year four to six women take upon themselves to decorate this tree. Every year those women spend their whole morning putting Christmas decorations. On a single tiny tree. While we, men, are busting our asses to close as many contracts, services subscriptions, and presales commitments as possible in order to achieve the company yearly target (thirty percent of which is done during the last weeks of December).

Most of the time women in the workplace is a scam. They're useless. They contribute to nothing, or only ridiculous, unnecessary tasks. They're dead weight. Still they benefit from male employees' work since they're given a salary, health plan, and shares to just basically sit there and consume oxygen. But I guess it's all for the best because that way they prove their worth and how important and needed they are in Western societies. What would we do without them?*

* Be more profitable.
