TEAM NEWS

Swansea winger Jefferson Montero may make his first league start of the season after overcoming a calf injury.

And Kyle Naughton has recovered from the illness which forced him off in Monday's 3-1 defeat at Stoke.

Man Utd midfielder Paul Pogba is a doubt after being forced off during midweek with an apparent thigh injury.

Ander Herrera will miss the game through suspension while manager Jose Mourinho is also serving a one-match touchline ban.

MOTD COMMENTATOR'S NOTES

Steve Wilson: "Since the end of August, Manchester United have lost as many as they've won in all competitions - hardly what their dreams were made of when Mourinho, Zlatan and Pogba were employed.

"The race for supremacy in the Premier League seems to be taking place somewhere in the middle distance - almost out of United's sight already. They have failed to even score a league goal in almost five hours of play.

"Swansea, however, would love United's problems - eighth place and still in Europe? Happy days!

"Bob Bradley was honest in his assessment of their defeat at Stoke on Monday - not good enough.

"Bradley is no fool - he's played with three different systems in his three matches in charge - but has yet to find a winning formula.

"If they break that duck against United, imagine the storm which would greet Mourinho."

WHAT THE MANAGERS SAY

Swansea manager Bob Bradley: "There needs to be a mentality not the least bit afraid, that still understands every time we step on the field this is the chance to turn things around, not one that hides that part of it."

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho on Zlatan Ibrahimovic's goal drought: "In every match in the Premier League, even not scoring goals he's being fantastic. His attitude is always brilliant. He's not a guy afraid of his responsibility, so no problem at all."

LAWRO'S PREDICTION

It is going to be hard for Swansea to get anything from this game.

They actually have a decent record against United in recent seasons but defensively the Welsh side have been chopping and changing things a lot, and they do not exactly look secure.

Prediction: 0-2
