I understand that winning a match is about finding the best team and our best team might function a lot better then without some of our "star men", they may not work hard enough or play the style he wants.

Look at Conte, who would have though benching Fabregas, signing a lad that couldnt get a game at Bolton and playing 19 times Loanee Victor Mosses would work. BUT it does because it fits his system.

So yes, I understand that sometimes it might look bad on on paper, but it works. However without Jose I just feel he doesn't actually have a system and it's basically pick 11 players that don't or have yet to piss you off. I mean
not playing Marcus Rashford upfront, dropping Anthony Martial and Mkhi not even in the squad that Jose looks like he doesn't know how to handle attacking players. Look at hazzard last year and this year. What Attacking player has actually thrived under Jose?

I hope he is right, but I doubt it.
