We are aiming to produce whole, cryogenically-frozen citrus juice sac's. We have a franchise to produce this product in QLD Australia.
About this project
This video that is shown is an example of what we are going to be producing but in a Commercial Production Facility.
Our goal is to have a fully operational factory and to employ 45 people per shift with the intention of having 3 shifts per day after the first year commencing May 2017.
Our factory will be producing 40 tons of our product per day. All our products will be cryogenically frozen with a shelf live of over 1000 years.
Our main flagship product is our citrus juice sacks and slices but we will also be cryogenically freezing:
- Asparagus
- Okra
- Pumpkin
- Guacamole
- Avocado Mixed With Coconut Cream And Lime Juice
Why Freeze Cryogenically?
Cryogenically frozen food is frozen so quick that the molecular structure remains in perfect form, therefore the product is as fresh as the day it has been cryogenically frozen.
We tend to use all funds and investments to purchase 1 factory facility and 12 pieces of high-tech cryogenic equipment from china.

Risks and challenges
The risks are the following:
1. One risk is insufficient working capital to start full production.
2. The marketing of the products we will produce and being sold on time.
3. Competition.
4. Quality Control and Technical Knowledge
5. Product Supply
6. Distribution and transportation of goods in and out.
Answers to the risks:
1. If the kick starter does not raise the funds needed, then we will attempt to attract investors to assist in the companies funds.
2. Having the market for the product already sold. With the contract for 10 years, the company has with the Japanese distributor this risk is eliminated.
3. John Wilson the C.E.O has opened four similar factories throughout the world over the last 40 years producing Citrus Juice Sac's Orange and Lemon Slices. He retired 15 years ago and has been enjoying his retirement. Johns son is now 16 years old and John is now wanting to open a new factory for his family and to have 45 employees producing the products. Two of John's ex-factories we believe are still operating after 40 years and are producing cryogenically frozen citrus and are not filling the demand from Japan, let alone the rest of the world. John's company has a contract with the Japanese distributor company he has been dealing with for 40 years for the distribution and sale of the products for the next 10 years.
4. John Wilson, in the last 40 years and his son Paul Stewart in the last 12 months has developed the technology and has been continuing research on new, updated technology and equipment. There is a quality controller put in place to give a larger production supply and allow larger profits, this will be taking the risk of production problems with higher quality technology.
5. In the Australian citrus fruit market, there is a near-unlimited supply of second and third-grade citrus fruit to the company.
6. At all citrus growing areas in New South Wales and Queensland, there is ample transport for delivery of citrus fruit to the factory and delivering the finished product to the port of Brisbane. The company will have its own truck and transport also eliminating any chance of no delivery.
