For the love of good people, stop trying to excuse poor performances by saying that a player needs confidence to thrive.
Any player that is bought for millions and millions is either good enough to play football at a club as prestigious as this club and therefore has the footballing abilities to succeed or simply isn't good enough and should be sold on to a club where they are good enough. These past seasons have been absolutely awfull in terms of the recrutements, in terms of football being played on the pitch and generally in terms of how the name "Manchester United" has lost a long gone fear factor.
In a broader context, more than half of the team should be sold on; they are simply not good enough.
Teams like Manchester City, Chelsea and even fucking Liverpool are building a team with world class players while the only world class players in our team are De Gea, Pogba and Pogba.
I'm just so frustrated with how poor the players in our squad are performing and think it's time for a change, not in personnel, but in players. A massive exodus of deadweight players such as Memphis, Jones, Fellaini etc. is absolutely needed if we want to be back at the top.
And please before you start with " x isn't that bad, he's improved and he can complete a 5 yard pass now", ask yourself if you can see that player in the starting XI of a Champions League winning squad.
