It's not about the candidates, it's about the real powerful factions popping up in the US. I'd argue Hilary supporters and the left are just as bad, if not worse, than the trump supporters who, at least, are obvious. the left is sneaky and the greatest sneak-thief of all is Hilary.

Also look at the global political climate. the cold war between Russia and the West is back in full swing; Canada, the UK, Germany all have very weak governments whereas Putin, though obviously crooked, is an incredibly strong leader. China is sucking in all the money and NATO all have their hands tied with ropes of migrants, heavily destabilizing the countries that border NATO-Russia.

This is an incredibly significant election because it could be the final little pebble that causes the whole glass house to cave in.
