Apparently the mod is against Bethesda TOS, so if you want to kill children you better download the mod ASAP, before it's taken down. Also some commenters have said they have reported the mod so even if it isn't against TOS I could see Betheada taking it down anyway.

I understand making children unkillable in your game, but why make 90% of them cunts who just shit talk you at every opportunity. Doesn't help that the children run around cities 'playing' so that they always run up to you and talk shit.

Which there is another mod that takes away any of their dialogue that can come off as scummy. So if you aren't interested in killing them or getting rid of the children you can just basically take away the ability to talk shit haha.

They can still shit talk after I've killed their parents and everyone else but now they are all alone. They have to hunt for food, do the laundry and protect their villages from dragons.

I tell them about what I did to Georgie Denbrough and ask them if they want a balloon. I feed on their fear and loneliness which is way better than killing them.
