Is there a historical figure who rivals Trump in the terms of a clown possibly about to be crowned and hypothetically bring the system crashing down? I don't find Hitler to be a good example, merely because I don't think Hitler was quite as stupid as Trump is. He came to power methodically, where Trump seems to be a juggernaut of circumstance. I was thinking maybe Caligula? And I think this should be kept to democracies and maybe uprisings and revolutionaries, overthrowing monarchies.
