What if the GOP has something on Trump and once he is elected, they plan to remove him from office with it? What if Comey has found something they could charge him with, then the establishment repubs would be left with Pence as Pres and they would probably be happy with that.

It's a nice thought but it's hard to imagine how they could have anything the Clinton campaign couldn't also find out. At this point, I also don't have much faith in the ability of establishment Republicans to plan things.

Clinton and her staff might know about it, but Democrats are held to higher standards by the media and the public in general.

Mike Pence would be pretty terrible himself. And he'd have the full support and allegiance of the GOP, unlike Trump
