I sort of wanted to get this off my chest so thanks for listening.

The problem with trump supporters is there voting "against" Hilary and not voting "for" trump. Honestly it could be any republican and they would still say vote against Hilary but the people I know aren't voting for they are voting against.

This is a personal opinion but like I said this is my first ever election that I can vote for and it's very stressful every time I see it the news it makes me nervous. Regardless of who you are voting for this country it is very divided. They're is so much hate between the two parties I feel like that's not going to help the nation one bit. It will be interesting if either of them can help stop the discourse they've created if they win.

Honestly the hardest part for me when I was filling out the ballot was the amendments or laws because I'll be real none of them really effected me (or at least not yet) one was about lowering taxes on farm land or something and I just said yes because I thought even though it didn't effect me it probably helps the farmers. Also one was really confusing and I looked it up and it was just giving more funding to museums like why couldn't they have just said that?

If one thing that hasn't really been talked about is the next Supreme Court justice and I'm really heated about it. The fact everybody acknowledges that 4 usually side democrat and 4 usually decide republican isn't how it works! Now whoever is the 9th will decide which party has power over this branch.

I didn't really want to rant and honestly I'll probably get some shit for it but the reason I'm not voting for trump is because of his ideologies. I don't know much about the past of the party but I've been told the Republican Party has changed drastically in the last few years and honestly the Values I read in the textbooks are not what it is today. I could see that the party would not exist afterwords. Back to his ideologies I just find them disrespectful and honestly I've lost all respect for some of my friends on facebook who are voting for him. Most of the reason I dislike trump is because I don't really like his social views gay marriage and stuff like that. I love how republicans use the term "family values" that basically means no gays or abortions.

In recap this election doesn't seem like an election I watched the debates for the first time ever and it was a mess and some of the stuff trump said was scary. The media is way to blown out about this shit and honestly I don't know what's true. Also fuck the Donald sub Reddit.

I remember all the shit with the previous elections and really it was just about how Obama was black. but now I see comments on YouTube like "I'm going to miss Obama."

If anything I'm scared of my future getting fucked by old retired white men and my generation says shit like "they're both evil" or "I'm not going to vote" your vote is important and I don't see why they don't think it matters. honestly if I could change some things is it would maybe be mandatory to vote and go back to paper I don't trust the computers with my vote so I'm glad I mailed my in.
