Everyone should exercise, if lifting is what you enjoy then do it but you don't need to obsesses over it like you used to.

Focus on health not image. Perfect image is impossible to achieve but any effort towards health is good.

It is consistent with going your own way if that's the way you decide. I body build and I feel better just going to the gym. It keeps me I shape and has a whole host of positive health benefits. I could get most of those doing a basic workout most days of the week but I choose to body build. Here are my reasons:

I need a challenge or I will get bored. I enjoy sculpting my body and looking nice. It gives me an edge when meeting other men for business (I think it's silly but the blue pillers respect me more and that's good for making money which I also enjoy.) Bodybuilding does have some added benefits such as the obvious increased strength useful in manual labor as well as the strengthening of bones with helps later on in life. It can also act as deterrence against threats.

So that's mainly it. If I enjoy the challenge and like looking good then That is good enough reason for me. I do crazy workouts and most people think it's to win over some fair maiden at the gym. But I do not need some hot babe to want to look good. Not too long ago a friends wife asked me what the point was of me getting all of my muscle if I didn't have a girl in my life to enjoy it. I told her I do it because that's what I do for fun, lift. I do it because I am gaining mastery over something.

I personally don't need another fucking reason let alone it be so some girl can take advantage of my hard work. Having a girl in my life would take away from what I really enjoy and that's the gym. I think men are made to be strong and so I lift. To think that the only usefulness is so some girl can cum harder is degrading to me and the effort I put in. But some people can only think in base terms.

I recommend everyone do some sort of excercise most days of the week as it is essential to living healthy.

Exercise has a lot of health benefits, that alone is a good reason to stay fit.
