Back in my PUA days when I cared about what women and other people thought about me, I was into bodybuilding because I wanted to have big muscles so I could impress women and intimidate other men and earn respect from both of them. Now that I have gone MGTOW, I focused more on my passion in IT and my career, so I have been spending less and less time in the gym, and recently I have been wondering whether I should bother hitting the gym five times a week. I have been going to the gym about once or two times a week. My diet has changed since I have gone MGTOW. I don't care too much about protein or getting lots of calories and as such I have been eating more low calorie food such as veggies, and I feel much healthier. Because I am very busy, I don't really have much time to cook, so I drink Soylent when I'm out and about, and then I supplement that with veggies and fruits and nuts, so I don't do any cooking or cleaning. I prefer to eat food that I can just buy and put in my mouth without any preparation, cooking, or cleaning.
Do other MGTOWs here bodybuild? Are there any health benefits or is it purely cosmetic? Do you think bodybuilding is consistent with the MGTOW lifestyle?
