Receiving Land - LRT Token
LRT (Land Rights Token) is what you will use to acquire land in Bit Bastion. Land will be distributed to people equal to how much LRT they hold. A buy in of $3,000 usd in the 1st week of the crowdsale will equal out to about 1 acre of claimable land with your LRT tokens. There will also be a process and platform set up to allow Bit Bastion members to easily develop their land to their liking. A development company could also be set up to accomplish this and the profits from the development company would go back to the holders of bits, creating a financial loop that enriches our economy.
Receiving Profits - Bits
Bit Bastion will be creating its own national currency that will be what we use to conduct transactions within the Bit Bastion ecosystem. We will also attempt to get outside entities to use the Bit Bastion platform. The national currency will draw its value by being widely traded and being integrated with the platform. Another way the currency will have value is by some of the dapps and businesses of Bit Bastion paying some of their proceeds towards the currency as a dividend that will be distributed to holders of bits.
Accepted coins in crowdsale
You will be able to buy into the crowdsale using bitcoin, ethereum and other coins available on the shapeshift.io platform. Bits and LRT will be available for purchase at https://bitbastion.com/crowdsale/ on October 30th at 11:30 am.
Crowdsale Schedule
The crowdsale will start on October 30th at 11:30 am, bits and LRT will be sold together so when you buy into the crowdsale you will receive both. During the 1st week you will receive 100 bits and 100 LRT for $10 (so $0.10 per bit and LRT). In the second week this will rise to $11 per 100 bits and 100 LRT. In the 3rd week $12 per 100 bits and 100 LRT and in the 4th and final week $13 per 100 bits and 100 LRT.
