should we look to get a new striker in the winter transfer window (self.reddevils)

should we consider this given that the weakest point of most of our match are our striker not converting easy chances? bearing in mind this would only be a short term solution that should look to sort out in the summer

Why not just play Marcus up front?

thats a good point but we would need to see how Rashford does upfront, but Martial at the moment is our best left winger

We saw how Rashford does upfront. Way better than on the left. I'm not sure what your point is, why do you think we need a striker? We have Ibra and Rooney as the experienced strikers with Rashford and Martial as the young ones, we're pretty damn set in this area.

the point is we are currently massively under performing at converting chances, it doesn't matter if we have a lot of players in that area if they aren't doing the job, rooney and ibrahimovic are massively underperforming, the one game we started Rashford as striker he didn't score in, and Martial is currently out best left winger, if convert most of our easy chances we would probably be top

edit: you are saying that Rashford might possibly be the answer in a hypothetical situation, which he might not do well in, we just don't know

No. Zlatan has been finishing all his career. He'll come back and his all round play is very good. If anything we need a specialist LW. Memphis and young aren't up to it. I think martial might have suited lvgs football more than mous.

Nah, Ibra is just going to a bad spell, plus I trust Martial and Mkhi will take the wings and Rashford we'll be able to play striker, where he actually has great performances.

Why bother when Zlatan is going to keep starting anyway? Even if he doesn't, having more than 3 CFs for a 4-2-3-1 team is a waste of money. We can only play that either Zlatan regains his goalscoring form or Zlatan gets dropped temporarily for Rashford in CF.

we would need to see if our situation improves, if it doesn't we definitely look to possible options, if we convert a lot of our chance we would most of the games we have already played and we would probably be at the top of the table instead of 8th, it would be a waste of money if it solved our problem

In the summer we will need to look for a Zlatan replacement regardless of his form, he's aging and wont last forever, Rashford cant start up top every game yet so someone like benzema (peak years/giving time for Rashford to develop) would be ideal.
