-if you can afford it, invest in a gaming pc, steam sales will allow you to buy up to 5 games for the price you'd pay for normal console games -never ever pre-order there's a trend of publishing unfinished games or generating a false hype -don't get into vr just yet, there's barely any adequate games for it and most are just experimental, youd be shelling out hundreds for gear you won't really use until early a year or two from now
