Meat Marinade Recipe:
I'm going to give measurements by volume, so it can easily be scaled up or down to any level as needed. This is just meant to be a ball park starting point for you to adjust each to suit your own taste.
Base: Mix One part soy sauce, a third of that part Worcestershire sauce, then a third of that balsamic vinegar. In example, try 1Tbl soy, one tsp Worc., then 3/4tsp balsamic vinegar.
Adjust for taste. Add more vinegar for more bite, more soy for salt/umami, or more Worc if not sure, but think it needs something.
Flair: Of course then comes the garlic/onion whatever powders you want to give it this particular dish's spin. Cumin for Tex Mex, for example, or whatever dried herb mix of your choosing.
You might want to dilute with a little water, depending on how strong you want it. Soak virtually any meat in this, and it will be tasty.
