A shack in a tree with no load doors located between Riverwood and Whiterun.
Has no Vanilla rain and no Climates of Tamriel rain inside.
If you use True Storms with CoT, I tested it and it works (no rain inside).

- Features -
-> Safe storage, Navmeshed, Horse marker, TES5Edit (cleaned)
-> Lightable lanterns and fire
(cook pot can be moved after the fire is lit and fire extinguished after the cook pot is moved back)
-> Spare bed, Changeable alchemy and enchanting station, tanning rack, woodcutter
-> Liftable ladder, so enemies can't reach you
(it is liftable only from the house, not the ground so don't jump down while ladder is lifted)
-> Window and door covers, custom sits (bed and crate)
-> 1 Weapon rack and shrine of Kyneareth + a friendly eagle
Triggers are positioned logically, so look around and you will find them.
