Seriously, as soon as the data turns against you, you tell people to ignore it? How much deeper into delusion are you going to go before somebody fucking dies? It doesn't take much to notice there's something seriously wrong with your worldview, something that doesn't quite jive with reality. You're much, much worse than you claim the Berners to be, and it's only going to get worse if you don't take steps to fix it.
