Seeing as we're a wetwork board, I think it's time for our first operation. The target is one of the major fortresses of SJW power on the internet, SRS.
The plan is to have a group of four or five operators infiltrate the SRS userbase and work up the ranks to mod positions, paving the way for other operatives to gain mod positions. This operation is expected to last a year to a year and a half.
As you can see, this is similar to SRS tactics so we have to be especially careful. Operatives will also be directed by an operation director and will not know the other members of the operation in case of enemy infiltration.
I want to know of there is interest in this operation. If you want it, provide a way to contact and it would preferable if you had experience.
Before you ask, operation name was chosen by an online generator because we have no operation name creation guidelines. MGS style codenames for operatives optional but appreciated.

As others have stated, these people are pretty paranoid. They'll test you with bullshit constantly, look up your social media history, your past posts on rebbit and other such places. They'll probably even talk with your friends on your friends lists (it can and will happen). You also can't just initially pretend to parrot everything they say, you have to pretend to be "asking questions" at every turn, trying to find SJW "enlightenment". You have to pretend to let them "educate" you, in a manner. If you actively try to "build" fake "character" with these people, it comes off as much more believable.

The single most difficult aspect of this entire proposed operation is that most of these people in the upper echelons are women, and look down upon men as second class citizens. While it's not impossible to do while going pure male, it's going to be the largest uphill climb. The chances of successful infiltration are sadly quite slim due to their seemingly inherent hatred of males. You'll have to work hard to create a very established and known social standing on twitter, tumblr, and reddit at the very least before they'll even give you any consideration.
