This is a good solution to inceldom that is likely to work in real life. Incels should find a hot and naive girl and get her addicted to heroin. The incels should not use the drugs themselves. This way the female would give her consent voluntarily to get heroin from the incel. If you get her hooked enough you can isolate and cut her off from her friends and family. She will do that voluntarily if you get her sucked in good. Tell her that they don't want her to be happy and that they are against her. Classic manipulation enhanced by drugs. This way even the ugliest of us can get a girlfriend and we can do anything to her.

This is a good idea, and a great way for incels to get pussy, this is how most hookers, become whores, in the first place, because their pimps get them drugs. It might be better to lace something like chocolate chip cookies, with it, since most girls would not use these drugs willingly. Once hooked the hot girl will beg for more, and an incel can demand sex or blowjobs in return for it.
