His brother is a United fan, we could beat his release clause and I believe he'd leave Athletico if Simeone did, which he reduced his contract to 2018 so it is possible. He might've even said that himself. I think we'd need CL football though but he could replace Zlatan if Rashford isn't ready or doesn't turn out as we hope.

When we didn't have a world class midfield, you wanted to buy, now we have Pogba. When we didn't have world class striker, you wanted Zlatan. They all came and you criticizing them, now you want to buy Modrid, Isco, Griezmamn and even Messi. Class players don't make a good team, that's about tactic, passion and spirit.

And teamwork... I feel like the players don't click too well at the moment. There are sparks of brilliance, but mostly shadowed by mispasses and wasted chances.

Griezman would be fantastic but lets play decent football with this bunch of players we have now, im not saying we need to win the league but we need to be showing more.

Money doesn't solve everything.

He's not even great on the wing, much more efficient as a CF/ST. Could do with signing Someone like Douglas Costa who just beats his man and whips a cross in, no chance though

We just fucking got Mkhitaryan. We have replaced almost half our starting 11 every season in the past 3 years, and keep bitching about inconsistencies and lack of team effort. Buying the new shiny toy every year will not work when you don't know what you want to do with it.

We don't need new players, except maybe a right back and defensive midfielder and that is if we are selling the current players we have.

We have good enough players and backup to compete in the league.
