Really? What does the average player, modder or not, have to do with Shark Cards being a thing? That is why everything is so expensive and the payout for everything is so horrible. The outlandish prices are there solely so you'll say "Fuck the weeks of grinding I'll have to do to buy ______, I'll just spend massive amounts of cash on Shark Cards". If they find too many people are earning the cars, apartments, etc. in game through legitimate winnings, they hike the prices so it's that much harder and they'll sell the cards. They don't care about balance. They care about selling Shark Cards. If I buy a billion dollars of in game money's worth of Shark Cards that gives me the same advantage as if a person accepts or creates modded cash. It still allows me to grief or do whatever I want. It gives me all the advantages of cheating, the only difference is I hand them money to make the "cheating" legitimate. Everything you can say about glitchers or modders is true of the Shark Cards. If the Shark Cards weren't a thing, prices would be far lower and there'd be nowhere near the desire to mod or glitch cash.

Don't be tricked. They're not doing this out of a desire to level the playing field or balance the game. They're doing this because people are finding another way around the grind other than handing them cash.
