Bitcoins going missing after being sent? (self.Bitcoin)

So I purchase my BitCoins from localbitcoins.com, and transfer out of the wallet attached to the account on the site, to my other wallet. Last night I tried sending ~0.16 BTC to my other wallet, and the wallet came up with no pending transactions at all. I thought this was weird, and then gave it till the morning. When the morning came, and I checked, the bitcoins had been sent, but never received. I'm still a newbie to bitcoins, but found this website blockonomics.co, that I put my bitcoin address of the receiving wallet into, and it showed a completed transaction of the exact amount going in, then straight after the exact amount going out... Cut my losses and tried again today (stupid move) and the same thing has happened, the bitcoins have apparantly been sent, but nothing is being received at the other end. I've triple checked the wallet address, and it's correct, what could be causing this? And is there any hope of getting my bitcoins back? Thanks in advance for any help, again, a bit of a newbie to this.

Can you share what type of wallet you have received the funds with and if you're happy to associate your reddit account with it, share your bitcoin address where you received the bitcoin so people can take a look.

Without those details it's sort of difficult to offer any advice. Typically you'll find your bitcoins are safe unless you have a virus or something that is stealing them.

Haha, I guess so I was transferring to my wallet on another site... Dream market The wallet address in my account that it tells me to send to is: 1JeQAfj4CDSr7H1wct1RHyFP2yrUHzmQsD

*EDIT: I did setup a brand new virtual machine literally half an hour before I made the transaction, just in case there was a virus or some malicious software stealing them for any reason, so I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be that
