offers from bots? (self.Ebay)

so I put a jacket up for sale the other day, and since then I've had three offers from accounts with 0 feedback. One of the offers is pretty good and i'd be willing to accept it, but it all seems a little fishy?

Avoid 0 fb buyer. When you accept best offer, you can't require immediate payment and could be waiting for a week or so for unpaid item dispute to open then close in your favor before you can relist to sell. 0 fb buyer will have to accept my BIN with IPR to get my item, I ignore any offers.
