Martial one of our best players, and also the best last season IMO.

Why is he behind Lingard?

i think it because Martial is in poor form atm, plus Lingard work harder when we are attacking and works far harder defensively

fair point, i guess he needs a rest, he looks a bit off the pace compared to last year, but i think he just need a couple of games to iron out his performances, plus compared to Lingard he bring along pace to the team

Don't forget that he supposedly picked up a knock to the knee in training last Saturday, it was the reason given for him being out for the Liverpool game

Because Mou allows them the freedom to move around so they switch. Otherwise, lingard is. RW. Martial played on the left when he came in
