He's not as effective on the right wing

I do think he has something to offer, at least off the bench. Every time he has come on this season he has looked sharp and creative. He could be a good impact player for us. But I don't see that happening on the right. His game involves him cutting in on his strong right foot. His left foot seems pretty weak.

I would be more than happy if Memphis ever reaches Nani's peak. People forget that Nani had 2 great seasons for us after Ronaldo left.

On paper this could be a good idea, we've seen before that he can whip in some great crosses on his stronger foot, and with Zlatan and Pogba in the box we have the height to challenge in the air for them. On paper.

The problem is that more often than not he makes the wrong decision and spends too long on the ball. He needs to get game time to improve his decision making but until we get more consistent and are easily winning games we just can't afford to have a player on the team who is such a work in progress.

Unfortunately unless something pretty drastic changes I can't see Memphis working out here.

Memphis main strength is also his weakness. His biggest move is cutting in from the left and trying to slot it in with the right foot. But everybody knows this so he doesn't really trick any defenders with it. Maybe getting some time as a RW might do him some good. He should definitely play more, quite frankly i'd like to see him over Rashford as a winger, since i don't think Rashford is a good enough dribbler to play on the wing.

We've given Memphis so many opportunities in different positions, he's only impressed a handful of times. He'll be gone within the year, I think.

He is not a United quality player and people need to accept this. Nani was miles better than him.

The step-up from the Eredivisie to the Premier League's really stopped him developing. The same thing's happening with Janssen at Spurs, fans are already calling him the next Soldado.

He is at the moment, but we went through frustrations with Nani at times. I guess Memphis is more of a Zaha then a Nani.

Nani showed what he can do more often than not, he just didn't live up to his potential.
