trying to upload photos and videos to facebook and that pops up please explain why and how to fix i payed a lot of money for this camera if not fixed i will be taking it to trading standards thank you

Have exactly the same issue.  As a new user I didn't know this worked before and spent hours trying to work around it.  Not a good experience.  And still cant share pictures on FB.

I've made a screenshot but this menu here does not have attach picture button!!  Anyhow, please fix asap!

I tried to do the fix that was given, and it did nothing.  But I use Firefox browser, so maybe I didn't accomplish what you suggested for Internet Explorer.  Can anyone give me any other ideas to fix this?  Thanks!

It was working properly on Firefox before. Sony doea good hardware but software wise they are dumb.
Considering that Facebook is the most common website to post your pics, this ******ty software makes no sense now.

hi all use the tab key to move around behind the gray screen then hit space bar when you get to the ok button
